New user registration disabled for now

We've been having a problem with spammers lately, and the PHPBB anti-spam features seem to be unable to stop them completely. Because nothing's going on here at the moment anyhow, I've disabled new user registrations on the board. If you're not a registered user and you want to comment, leave a comment over on the development blog.
